In the EU/EEA, where applicable, you have the statutory withdrawal right provided by law. Separately, for a first online Premium purchase, Digestia accepts contractual withdrawal/refund requests submitted within 14 days, without limiting any stronger mandatory rights.
In the EU/EEA, covered online service contracts generally have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period. In Brazil, distance consumer contracts generally have a statutory 7-day cooling-off period. Digestia’s separate contractual 14-day first-purchase policy does not reduce either legal regime.
